Philosophy & ReflectionPersonal Essay
Throughout my gloriously chequered corporate career across diverse domains and verticals, if there was one quote that helped me safeguard the precious little sanity that I originally possessed was this Kahlil Gibran gem:
“I have learned silence from the talkative, toleration from the intolerant, and kindness from the unkind; yet strange, I am ungrateful to these teachers.”
Unfortunately, I have been unmindfully ungrateful to all my unlikely teachers who untiringly taught me the hard way.
I unconditionally thank all of them with retrospective effect for instilling such goodness in me by being so very unbelievably bad to me.
